A huge range of bikes including electric, folding and tandem bikes are available for hire from the Coupar Angus Cycling Hub.  You can also purchase a book and map that describes 26 routes of different terrains and levels of difficulty from the Hub – ‘Adventures on Two Wheels in the Beautiful Vale of Strathmore’.  Visit their website www.cacyclinghub.com for further details.  

 

The Strathmore Cycle Network links the nearby towns of Alyth, Blairgowrie and Coupar Angus either using walking and cycle friendly roads or multipurpose paths.  Part of the route takes you through Ardler where you can stop for lunch at The Ardler Tavern.
