Brown bin collections (food and garden waste) occur on the same day for Meigle and Ardler – view the Calendar

Dog Waste and General Bins

​

All dog bins that are coming to the end of their life are being replaced with general waste bins as dog poo bags can be put in the general waste bins along with any rubbish.

 

Ardler

  • 1 x red dog waste bin - Wallace Street  

  • 2 x general waste bins - in the play park

 

Meigle

  • 1 x red dog waste bin - opposite Victory Park on Ardler Road

  • 2 x general waste bins - bus stops on Ardler Road

  • 2 x general waste bins - in the garden area off Ardler Road

  • 1 x general waste bin- outside shop on Ardler Road

  • 2 x general waste bins – shop’s own bins on Ardler Road

  • 4 x general waste bins - in Victory Park Meigle

  • 1 x general waste bin - outside church, Dundee Road

  • 3 x general waste bins - along Dundee Road past school area.

Public Toilets & Comfort Schemes

​

The closest publicly available toilets to Meigle and Ardler are less than 10 minutes away in Coupar Angus.

 

These are located at:

  • Lamb & Gardiner, Union Street, Coupar Angus (ladies, gents and the ladies is suitable as a disabled toilet)

  • Automated Public Convenience, Larghan Park, Coupar Angus (suitable as a disabled toilet + 24 hours access available with a Radar key)
